Our gift card terms and conditions

Gift cards are valid for 1 year from date of purchase.

Gift cards are non-refundable.

No physical card is created. A digital gift card with a unique code will be emailed to you after purchase. Please keep this file safe as each code is only redeemable once.

Each digital gift card is manually created which means there will be a delay between you purchasing and receiving the item. We aim to email out all digital gift cards within 2 working days but will contact you if there is any reason for delay.

Gift cards will be emailed to the email address used during purchase via Stripe.

No change will be given from gift cards

If you would prefer to purchase a gift card with cash or via bank transfer, we are happy to offer this. Please get in touch to arrange.

Purchase any amount you like
There is no minimum spend required for our gift cards, simply type the amount in that you would like to put on the card. Due to the type of work our business completes, we recommend a minimum of £50.
